A recipe of oriental inspiration, very easy to prepare thanks to our sweet and sour peppers!
Ingredients x 4
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 1 jar of sweet and sour peppers Ortoledda
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 5 or 6 dried tomatoes Ortoledda
- 100 g of daffodils
- 1 red onion
- 1 handful of cashews or nuts
- salt q.b. and evo oil q.b.
Do this: cook in a frying pan with olive oil and onion for about ten minutes the chicken pieces and the onion thin slices, then add the already blanched knobs, the pineapple cubes, the cashews, salt and keep on the fire; when the chicken is almost cooked, add the dried tomatoes in strips, the peppers, and cook and season for 5 minutes!
