Ortoledda’s artichokes in oil come from local farms in the heartland for the prized “Sicilian Violet” variety, just a few kilometers from our facility (the Ramacca, Caltagirone, Niscemi triangle). We harvest and process them within 24 hours to preserve their taste, crunch, color, and aroma.

Artichoke Hearts in Oil at Your Table
Ortoledda artichokes are seasoned with white wine vinegar, fresh mint, garlic, chili pepper, and salt. Perfect for a delightful appetizer or side dish, they also enhance rice salads or Sicilian-inspired meat dishes.
