Artichoke Paté
Artichokes are home at Ortoledda, especially the prized “Sicilian Violet” variety – rich in iron, fiber, antioxidants, and minerals, yet low in calories – grown a few kilometers from our facility. It was natural for us to turn them into a creamy, delicate paté that enhances appetizers and canapés at your aperitifs.

Keeping Ortoledda’s artichoke paté on hand means always having a delicious spread for crostini or filling for sandwiches, pizzas, and focaccias. Perfectly paired with fish, pasta, and soft cheeses, this is a must-have.
Ingredients
Artichoken (57%), sunflower oil, vinegar (sulphites), mint, garlic, salt. Acidifying: E330. Antioxidant: E300.
