If you love flavors with a strong taste, this is the dish for you. Easy and quick to realize, it’s a complete second, which the mushrooms to the peasant make really greedy!

Ingredients x 4

  • 1 jar of Spicy country-style mushrooms Ortoledda
  • 500 g slices of chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 finger of milk
  • Parsley, breadcrumbs and salt q.b.

Do this: beat the egg with the milk and set aside, spread the chicken slices on a level, salt and distribute over the mushrooms, add chopped parsley and fold the meat to form the rolls, that you will stop with toothpicks; at this point brush with the egg and milk mix, turn the rolls in breadcrumbs and bake at 180° for about 20 minutes, taking care to turn the rolls halfway through cooking. Serve them cut into slices.
