We are proud to produce and sign preserves in oil, which are created in Sicily according to the traditional recipes of a land with a centuries-old agricultural and gastronomic culture.
All our preserves enhance the flavour and freshness of vegetables cultivated using natural methods that favour quality ingredients that do not contain colourants and preservatives.

Sicilian Excellence

Our artichokes preserved in oil come from dedicated crops located between Caltagirone and Niscemi, characterised by very loose, sun-drenched soil.
They are processed within 24 hours of harvesting without the use of brine.
Only the hearts of the best artichokes fill our elegant glass jars, along with pure sunflower seed oil, garlic, mint, salt and a little chilli.

From cherry tomatoes to olives, from aubergines to peppers, from pâté to pesto, our preserves in oil never cease to amaze because of their goodness and genuineness and because they favour quality ingredients that contain no colorants or preservatives.
Baby artichokes, Pachino tomatoes, aubergines and olives are grown in Sicily, a land full of unique fruits, flavours and aromas.

Ortoledda is the fruit of the initiative of a family with a Sicilian heart, driven by the passion for the good things of the past and for the agricultural and gastronomic tradition of their land.
